Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. We can surely support if its a genuine size exchange(subject to availability).You’ll have to inform us within a day after receiving regarding size exchange.

However, during size exchange the customer has to ship the parcel to kickflexx warehouse by themselves and also pay an additional charge of rs.199/- inr as shipping charges for the new size.
